Travis has been the most reliable, consistent, communicative, and honest tradesman that I've had the pleasure of helping me with my projects. I strongly recommend anyone reading this review to hire him for whatever you need. I have had him help with quite a number of jobs, here are a few from the top of my head: Servicing washer & dryer, fixing a clogged dishwasher, installing carpet-tile transitions, installing new wall power outlets, drywall/crack repair, rejoining separated floorboards, and insulating drafty area under baseboards. What I appreciate the most about Travis is his responsiveness. He is very quick to answer his phone and comes exactly when he says he will. If there has ever been any unexpected issues that change timelines or costs, he communicates this quickly without me having to ask. I know I can trust him. My biggest issue with the many tradesmen I've hired in the past is lack of communication. Sure it is a bummer when things don't go to plan, but its so much worse you change your schedule to accommodate a project and your guy never shows up or things suddenly cost more right at the end. I will also add that he listens to your concerns and works out solutions that fit your needs. He has the work ethic and professionalism to deliver a great work product instead of cutting corners. Travis was very responsive right off the bat didn't just give me the generic answer and his price. He took time to answer my questions and even tho the repair was a little tricky he didn't ever leave me in the blue he kept me informed on the time frame was also very thorough when checking other items we had questions on. Travis was the first person to respond to me on Yelp and he was most reasonable. Not having any reviews on Yelp, I was a little nervous. I needed a handyman asap but haven't been able to find anybody reliable and reasonable but Travis is. He communicated well with me and was precise on his time he would start. He didn't have a part he usually has and he went to home Depot, got it and returned to finish the job. He stayed an extra hour without charging me. That was real nice. I've already hired him to do more work around my property.
